1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

3.1 Bridal Hair & Makeup

Beauty By Apphia LLC provides bridal hair and makeup services, as well as hair and makeup for other special occasions, according to our availability and discretion.

3.2 Service Descriptions

While we strive to accurately describe our Services, we do not warrant that the description, images, or other content on our website are complete, reliable, or current at all times.

4. DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Deposit

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The deposit amount and due date will be communicated at the time of booking.
2. Application of Deposit: Once paid, the deposit will be applied toward the total cost of Services.

4.2 Cancellation by Client

1. Notice of Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide notice via email or phone as soon as possible.
2. Forfeiture of Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, you forfeit any deposit you have paid.
3. Rescheduling: At our discretion and subject to availability, you may reschedule your appointment; however, a new deposit may be required if the original date was within a certain time frame (e.g., peak wedding season).

4.3 Bookings Within 5 Months (Weddings)

Any wedding booking requested less than 5 months in advance is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel such bookings at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation on our part due to scheduling or limited resources, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

4.4 Bookings Within 30 Days (Special Occasions)

Any special occasion (e.g., engagement photos, prom, or other events) requested less than 30 days in advance may also be subject to availability, and may be declined or cancelled at our discretion. If we must cancel due to an overbooked schedule, we will refund any deposit paid in full.

4.5 Cancellation by Beauty By Apphia LLC

In rare circumstances (e.g., personal emergencies, health issues, severe weather, or other force majeure events), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Pricing

All prices for our Services are stated in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect accepted bookings.

5.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance (after deposit) is typically due on or before the date of service. We reserve the right to refuse service if final payment is not provided according to the agreed-upon schedule.

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest at a rate permitted by law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership

All text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials on our website (“Content”) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to Beauty By Apphia LLC or our licensors.

6.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit our Content without our express written permission.
